1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PelotaWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PelotaWatch is a community-driven platform for football fans to track matches they watch, share their experiences with optional photos and captions, see statistics about their viewing habits, and connect with fans worldwide through a global leaderboard.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 10 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
4. Entry Guidelines
Match Availability
Matches from the last 72 hours and upcoming within 24 hours are available for logging.
One Entry Per Match
Each user can submit one entry per match to keep your diary authentic.
Daily Limit
Maximum 15 entries per day to ensure fair usage.
Optional Photos
Photos are optional but encouraged to capture your match-watching moments.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant us license to use and display your content. You may NOT post content that is false, violates rights of others, contains hate speech, is explicit, or promotes illegal activities.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details. Your leaderboard stats and entries are public; email and password are private.
7. Disclaimers
Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.
